Send to receipent not an option on my version of Word

A friend and I both had Word 2003 SP1. On his version the File>Send To has a
choice of Recepient without the (for review) or (as an attachment). On my
version I only have the recipient options with the (for review) or (as an
attachment) choices.

Why would he have the option and I don't?

We both are on the current version of XP.
