When in word and and useing the send to Recipient as attachment the signature
in the email is missing. We are using Windows XP and office 2003

You need to manually insert the signature when using the Send To feature
from an Office application other than Outlook.

I have the same issue. The problem is that it used to do it in Office 2000
and now it doesn't in 2003. Does anyone know of a registry setting or some
way to force it to include your default signature?

It never did it in Office 2000, I know, i am using it at work.

Thank you. Our end-users are insisting it "used to", but I can't verify that.
I also can't find a simple way to automatically insert it so I guess they
will be stuck with the manual method.

I am having this problem as well in Office/Outlook 2003 but didn't in
previous versions. Microsoft must have done something to 2003 to stop this?
It's crazy.
