Send to Word Issues

When I send to word using powerpoint 2003, I get about half of what I want
I want one slide per page, with notes, just as if I was looking at a notes pages print preview. What I am finding is that 1)I loose powerpoint headers and footers, 2) I get a lovely Slide 1, slide 2, slide 3 on all my new pages in word and 3) all my slides are dropped to %75 of their original size. I have 20+ presentations to convert with 45-60 slides per presentation. I do not want to spend time reformating ever page I convert.

Sounds like you would do well by using an add-in called 'Hand-Out Wizard'.
It does what you seem to be describing. I personally use this add-in and
recommend it strongly.
