Send update to NEW attendee only - TS vs Workstation

Hi!

I know there has been some question already on how to send an update of an
existing meeting to only new attendes. I know how it works, but with the
different configurations I have at work, I have different results:

Where I work, we have the possibility to work in Terminal Service or
directly from the computer.

When I am in TS (which is not often), and I add an attendee to an existing
meeting, I get the 3 options for the meeting updates (send update to new or
deleted attendees, send update to all attendees or don't send update). This
is excellent and fine by me.

BUT... when I work directly from the computer, and do the exact same thing,
the message I get is something like (translated from French) : "You have
modified the meeting. Do you want to send this updated meeting to the
attendees now?" Choices : Yes, No, Cancel... If I choose Yes, then an update
is sent to ALL attendees... which is really not what I want because I will be
adding attendees often for the next couple of days... and I don't want to
bother everyone will all the updates.

Of course, meanwhile, I connect in TS and do the update there, but I would
really like to know if there is an option somewhere that we have to configure
to make everyone working the same way.

The Outlook version is 2002 SP3.

Thanks in advance.

Martine
