Send Update

We have an issue where a delegate creates a meeting, and sends it, and then
opens the meeting to add some information to the appointment and they then
select Send Update to the meeting, it keeps the meeting opened and does not
appear to send. The delegate then selects Send Update again, and the meeting
still sits there. The attendees receive the update as many time as the
delegate selects Send Update. The delegate then closes the meeting. When
they open the meeting again, they do not have the rights to change the
meeting. Only the manager can update the meeting. The only option is to
delete and recreate the meeting. This is on Outlook 2003 with an Exchange
2003 Server. Please assist - Thanks!
