Sended work vs. Stored work

In order to detect resources that haven`t send their work in a period longer
then 7 days, I need to distinguish the work that has been sent to the project
manager from the one that only has been stored in the database using queries.

How can I do that?

I'm not certain what you're asking, but if you're working in the database,
you should looks at MSP_WEB_WORK

I believe if you use the 'request progress information' under collaborate
rather than the usual publish MSP will set a flag on each task, you can then
check if you've received an update since you last requested progress - create
a view or filter on the Response Pending or TeamStatus Pending task fields
