Sender name doesn't append to email address

Whenever I send out an email it sends only the address and
doesn't pick up the name from the contacts list. Where oh
where is the setting to instruct outlook to send the name
as well as the address? (My clients have no idea who my
emails are from since they see only the address) Thnx

The Display name differs with each version of Outlook. You never even
mentioned your version.

Then you have a field in the Contact Record to change the Display name.

Are you talking about the messages you send? That From field is set in the
properties of the mail account.
