Sending 9 mails, nothing in outbox. What is problem?

Why is Outlook trying to end 1 of 9 e-mails.
Nothing in Outbox.
Have all of MS updates.
Ran Yahoo! AntiSpy
Ran Spybot S & D
Have latest Outlook patches
Outlook support says "I'm in the wrong country" (do I need a vacation?)
Doesn't MS support users in the US ?

Of course. Where/how did you try to contact Outlook support?

More importantly - what version/mode/service pack level of Outlook/Office?
What kind of mail account? Has this always happened? It's possible that OL
is trying to send read receipts to senders...
