sending a broadcast email as one page

We want to send an email as one page, not as an attachment. There is no
button for this on the File- Send email dropdown menu. Why?Does it have to do
with the default email provider. We use Mozilla Thunderbird, is this the
problem?

Send to requires a MAPI compliant email program which Thunderbird is not.
