sending a copy of address book to another computer

We have two computers in the house. How do I send the address book to the
second computer so that both computers have it?

I have found that exporting the contacts folder to a comma separated value
(CSV) file and the import that CSV file on the new machine is pretty easy.
The option to import/export is File > Import and Export.

Version of Outlook on each?

The easiest way is to export the contact folder and import it on the other computer. If its just a few contacts, you can forward them using email then drag and drop from the message to the contacts folder.
