Sending a File in Access 97

I posted this question previously under the "Configure" group, but it
probably pertains more to general questions. Sorry for the double posts.

I'm trying to send a file through Access 97 by using File > Send. However,
the Send button is grayed out. Is this an Access 97 issue or Outlook
problem? Should I uninstall and reinstall either program? Any help would be
appreciated, this option worked fine a week ago.
