Sending a repeated message

Hi,

I have a user who wishes to send the same email on a
scheduled basis to the same recipient, probably every
couple of months or so. This is to be used to prompt a
customer to submit an order in time for shipment.

Is there a way of creating one email that can be sent out
at a specified time period in an automated fashion?
