sending a v card only without all activities

Hi,

Can someone please help on sending a v card using outlook 2003 with out all
activities?.
Just started using outlook 2003,Still trying to find my way around the
programe.I had senta v card to my employer,Witch I thought it would be phone
number etc,But had noticed that when you click all activities all my emails
were displayed as well etc!.Is this the case that this other person you send
a v card to has access to all this information as well?.
Than You Would Apprciate all help given.
