SENDING A WEB SITE WITH ACTIVE LINKS

User has a publisher created web page and wants to email
it without posting it to a host server. How can he retain
active links? (page shows blank X's where pics or borders
are placed on the page).

Unless you want to re-create the page in a publisher
program (by downloading the pictures separately as well),
just send the web address.
