sending a webpage

how do you send a webpage, not as a hyperlink, but to have the webpage displayed in the email, like a newsletter. I get them all the time from my ISP but i can't figure out how to send them myself; It doesn't come as an attachment, it just shows up in the email.

Try doing a Ctrl-A on the web page and then paste it into

your e-mail message.
