I don't understand. How do you mean "without showing ribbon and menus"? How
are you sending it? How do you know you are sending it "with ribbon and
menus"?

Any document opened in another user's copy of Word will show that users
Ribbon or toolbars/menus (depending on version). If you want a document that
can be opened without using Word, create a PDF instead (and the user will
get the toolbar and menus from Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader instead).
