Sending an attachment that includes a "," in the name

Hi:

I have a problem, and am uncertain of the solution (if any). I have a system that
generates an xls file that may (or may not) include a comma (,) in the name. Hence:
Mitchell, Tom.xls

I find that Outlook removes the comma as part of the mailing process. This has created a
problem down the line where an exact match is being called for between the actual file
name and a name that is embedded in the data within the file.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a fix on this so that Outlook will send a "," as part of
the name, or is this just not possible?

Thank for the suggestion.

I tried that and unfortunately when I save the file with a file name surrounded by quotes
("") the file saving process strips them out and the file is saved with a name innocent of
the quotation marks. I think I am going to have to do something so that end uses don't put
in the comma, but i havent figured out quite how to do that yet.
