How do you send an email to 500 people at the same time without them knowing
who else you sent it to (similiar to blind copy), but at the same time, you
are able to personalize each message to them? Is this a program/software you
have to purchase or is there a way to do it for free??? Thanks!

Use Word's Mail Merge.

It can be done with Mail Merge. However, the results will
be 500 individual messages being sent.

Mail merge is the easiest way. Outlook doesn't have a way to do this.
