Sending and receiving emails through Outlook

We are using Word 2003 as Editor with Outlook 2003. When we try to forward
an email to an email group, we get "An Internal Support Function Returned An
Error".

I too have received this message (first time ever) and am unable to send my
email. What is wrong and how can I fix it?
