I am trying to change the settings in Outlook so that
mail does not send or receive unless Outlook is open. I have not found out
how to do this in the help for Outlook. Because of this I have to disable
Norton Antivirus
to check incoming and outgoing emails. If I do not disable this feature of
Norton, my mail will not send or receive. I was told by Norton that the
problems lies with Outlook not my antivirus program.
