sending attachments from other programs

I recently "upgraded" from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002. Now, when I send
file attachments from within WordPerfect (file - send to - mail recipient),
the message form which pops up to be filled in contains no subject line. Can
I fix this, and if so, how?
