Sending attachments in Outlook 2000

OK, I thought it was my firewall, I thought it was there
firewall, some had one some did not. I thought and tested
all kinds of things...... Let me tell you what I found and
someone tell me if they know of a fix.

I have Office 2000 at work, and Office XP at home. I am,
on a board of directors for my community. If I send out an
E-Mail with an attachment (word, excel, pics, does not
matter) to the entire board, some will get it and some
will not. They all get the E-Mail it is the attachment
some do not get.

Here is my findings, EVERYONE who ran Office 97, 2000, XP,
and Pro got the attachment, anyone running Outlook
Express, Pogo, or used Netscape did not get it.

Any thoughts.

Make sure you use HTML or Plain Text format when sending messages to Outlook
Express users, or users of any other e-mail client besides Outlook. Don't
use Rich Text format, which is proprietary to Outlook and will cause
problems for other recipients, one of which is that they won't get your
attachments.
