Sending attachments

Every time I try to send an attachment, when using Outlook, I receive a
message saying that Outlook has blocked the sending of the attachment.
It also says that I can alter the "email settings" . How do I find and
alter the "email settings".

Alas, the battery is too weak in my crystal ball to see WHICH version of
Outlook that you use and what TYPE of file you are trying to attach.

Usually you get one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no context), usually they will just move on
to the next post and never return to yours. Go read:

What version of Outlook? What types of attachments? Can you be a little
more vague?
