Sending Blank Emails

When I sent out emails they go to the recipient, however the text message is
missing. I became so annoyed I removed and replaced Microsoft Office only to
find out I had the same problem once the program was reloaded.

In perhaps a related matter, when I go to envelopes and labels in Microsoft
Word 2003 and attempt to insert an address from the Delivery Address
selection, it will no longer display the address I chose.

Any help would be appreciated - just can't figure this out.

Several things to check--your encoding setting, any stationery you are using
and your font settings--any one of these could be unreadable like white type
on white or an unknown encoding setting. And if this only happens to one
receiver, it's his settings that are wrong. Send him plain text messages only
to see if that clears up the problem.

Mary, you were right!!! It was an encoding issue. Everything works fine now.
