Sending distribution list?

Lovejoy

Hey guys,

I've searched the forum and have found the answer to this question but can't
seem to get it working.

I need to send a distibution list I have (Exchange 2003) to another person
(not on exchange) I create a new Rich Text email, add item, go to my contacts
and select the distibution list. It adds. I hit send. When it gets to the
other end it shows up as a message attachment with the distribution list as
the subject name. I can't seem to then get this message into contacts.....
help?

Thanks in advance.

What happens if you use Plain Text and insert the item?

Same thing, It seems like that even though I compose in Plain text, it
converts it to HTML to read. Is there a setting to change this?
