Sending Document Link

There are a number of posts about sending a IE Page link, however we
are increasing needing to send links to documents on the server. I
know that you can type out the complete 'url' to the file ie
<File://servername/directory/subdirectory/filename.ext> however
sometimes these can be very long and normal typos get in the way !

Does anyone know of a utility to send an attachment by a link with a
Right-click etc. I have seen it for IE just not for explorer.

You can also cut and paste the address from the addressbar in Explorer.
