sending e-mail addresses from Access to OUtlook

Being a new user, I'm wondering if I can export a group of e-mail addresses from Access 2000 into OUtlook 2000 for use in one, blanket e-mail.

Better yet, you can use the Access table as the data source for a mail merge
to email in Word.
