Sending E-mail Automatically Using CDO

How do I send an E-mail automatically from Excel (VBA)
using a Exchange 2000 E-mail system. Also, when the user
presses the Macro button I want VBA code to run and log
into Exchange E-mail System, create a message, and send
the message to a recipient. Any information would be great
