sending e-mails from Outlook Express

When I click "send" for sending a message from "Express"
windows installer comes up and want to do something with
Microsoft Photo editor. I checked the options and "Word"
is selcted as the editor but I don't see anything about
Photo anywhere. Anyone have any solutions?
