sending E-Mails under other names

I need to send out an e-mail, however, I need it to be labeled as coming from
my boss computer. I have seen it done from other offices (Example - "FROM:
John Doe on behalf of Jane Doe") I have seen this phrase in the "from" of
some of my e-mail, how can I do this? Please be so kind as to advise.

If you are connecting to an Exchange Server then show the From field on the
new email and click on the From button and select the name that you wish to
use, Note the necessary permission is required for this to work and this
will depend on whether you wish to send as or send on behalf on. The From
field can be toggled from the View Menu in Outlook 2000 and earlier or from
the drop down arrow next to the Options button for Outlook 2002 and 2003.
