Presumably Wideopenwest gave you an email address when you signed up for
service so you could try their website to see if there's any guidelines
there or else try the Outlook Express newsgroup - this one is for the Access
database program and not really for general questions.
If it helps any you can also use Outlook Express to read these groups rather
than using the web interface you are currently using, and setting up email
accounts is quite similar to setting up the newsreader part of OE, so here
are a couple of links to help you get to the best place.
