SENDing EMAIL FROM OFFICE IMAGING

when I scan to Office imaging, I cannot email to someone as they cannot open
if they don't have the TIFF program. can this be sent by outlook express?

Hi Tom,

The email feature in MS Office 2003 Document Imaging requires
MS Outlook 2003. The TIFF format is a graphic and does not
require a program other than a graphics viewer to open.
The .MDI (MS unique derivattive of TIFF) can only be viewed
by folks with MS Office 2003 Document Imaging.
