Sending email from Outlook after upgrading to Sympatico MSN Hot Ma

I have set up per instructions from Sympatico but still cannot get Email to
send. Has anyone else had this problem, and/or have a remedy for it. They
suggest it is firewall or email scanning. I have checked both.
