sending email from synced email

Hello,
i have a problem that i cannot seem to figure out. I synced two email
addresses from smart mail with outlook. I cannot send out emails from these
addresses when i am using wireless networks like att and my school's network
however, i can receive emails using the same two wireless networks. Thye
emails once sent simply sit in the outbox mail folder.

Additionally, i can send emails using these two email addresses once i
connect to the internet using my sprint wireless card. So, does anyone know
what is going on here? or can someone help me figure out why sprint wireless
works fine but the other two wireless services cannot send messages?

You need to authenticate yourself against the SMTP server when you want to
send something from outside your mail hosting network.
