Sending email info to Excel?

I have a few hundred emails that have mailing addresses
on them that i need to put the all the mailing addresses
into an excel spreadsheet. Any suggestions on how I can
get all the addresses into excel with out having to do it
manually.

Any help would be appreciated.

What's so difficult about doing it manually?

File | Import and Export | Export to a file | Microsoft Excel

You can export the entire folder all at once.
