Sending email pages from outlook.

When I try and send an email page from within Internet Explorer it pops up
Outlook. The problem is the send command does not show up on the toolbar.
What do I have to do get the send option to show up.

You need an account defined that can send the message.

My account is set up properly. By fumbling around in the various options of
Outlook I have been able to get the send option on my toolbar. The problem
is I'm not sure what I actually did to get the send command to appear.
