Sending Email through mobile phone

I am using an O2 atom which has outlookmobile. It allows you to sync Outlook
emails between my Laptop and my mobile.

The problem is, I am not able to send and recieve emails from my mobile.

I have don't know if i should be asking this question here, but please
advice if possible.

You should be reading the 02 / mobile service providers help files on how to
set up
