Sending email to mobile phone

can i send an text only email to a mobile phone from
outlook on windows XP?

not that I know of...lots of cell phones have an address of
<phonenumber>@phoneserviceprovider.com - for instance, mine has an address
of <phonenumber>@page.nextel.com -

you can send email from outlook to mobile phone provided
you know the mobile number and smtp.
e.g mine is using Maxis. In order for me to send email to
my mobile phone, i have to type <mobile phone
number>@sms.maxis.net.my
