Can I send my email newsletter from a different email address?...say yahoo or
netzero instead of outlook?

What has your question got to do with MS Office Publisher? However, if you
are sending an HTML newsletter, stick to Outlook.

Publisher 2002 and 2003 only support Send as Email with Outlook/Outlook
Express. If you have the premium Yahoo email account that supports pop3, you
can add the Yahoo account to your Outlook Express.
