Sending Emails

Since installing MS Office 2007, I can send emails from a web based interface
but not from MS Outlook. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

O/S: MS Vista with MS Outlook 2007
ISP: British Telecom
Error Message:

'Task xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - Sending reported error (0x80042109) : Outlook cannot
connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or Internet Service Provider
(ISP)

Have you double checked what you have set as the SMTP (outgoing mail) server
in your account?

Well, did you actually ever define an e-mail account that Outlook can
then use?
