I'm not to sure if this is the correct place to ask this but here goes. I
have a client that is using my program, they do a report which displays on
the screen, they then go to file and select "Mail recipients" they select to
attach as an excel file, this brings up Outlook(2003) they then type in the
email address and send it out. Everything worked just fine, now she tries it
again and this time after she select the excel type file outlook give an
error message and will not start. I've found the problem but don't know how
to fix it. It seems like Outlook(2003) is still in memory and will not start
again, I've had her use the task manager to end the outlook task and then try
the email again and it works fine. I don't have this problem with
outlook(2002) so it's hard for me to test the problem. If anybody could help
or at least point me the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
