Sending Error 0x800CCC80

Just installed Office 2007 and when I try to send an e-mail I get the
message: Task 'pop.coxmail.com -Sending' reported error (0x800CCC80) : 'None
of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your
server.' Anyone have a clue as to what I should do?

Don't enable SPA or SSL in the e-mail account that you defined in
Outlook if they don't require it. Use the correct port numbers for the
POP and SMTP hosts. Do what they tell you in their web help pages for
connecting to their mail hosts. Find out what the tech rep at Cox says.
