sending fax error

Using Outlook 2000, installed the fax service now I
receive the folowing error the add-in awfext32.dll could
not beinstalled or loaded.
I've ran the detect and repair as well as went on
microsoft support and ran the fixes for add-in 's causing
out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll
file. (Article 204951) Still does not work any ideas????

You've left a lot to the imagination by not specifying which Fax Service you
installed and on what operating system. It sounds to me like you didn't
install using the proper mail support mode of Outlook for the fax service.
If you were trying to install Microsoft Fax on Windows 98, you have to use
Corp/Workgroup mode of Outlook.

Now you've lost me completely. You could not be using the fax module that
comes with Office 2000 because it does not use the awfext32.dll. Only
Microsoft Fax (from Win 95/98) does.
State which Fax program you are trying to use and with which mail support
mode of Outlook. Look over the information here if you can't figure it out:

Damn, sorry about that. O\S is XP Pro. and the outlook
version is 2000 premium. That fax service is what comes
with the 2000 edition.
