Sending fax to multiple recipients.

I am trying to send a Word document to multiple recipient via fax. Before I could go into Fax Wizard and click on the address book and select all the people I wanted to receive the fax. Now, the address book is gray, (unavailable) so I can't select everybody I want to send the fax to. HELP!
