Sending Faxes

I have Word 2007 Home and Student. I wish to utilze my fax capabilities from
my pc, but when I click the send to icon in the ribbon, it doesn't have via
modem. How do I set that up. In short I wish to fax directly from inside the
program as it used to be in earlier versions of Microsoft Word

You've landed in a discussion group for users of Mac versions of Word (not
your fault: it's a charming foible of Microsoft's web interface, which I
guess you used). Mac versions differ variously from PC versions. Although
several people here use both PCs and Macs and may give you an answer soon,
it's likely that more people in a PC group have experienced your specific

Thanks Clive. It's actually my fault that I landed here. I didn't pay
attention that it said Mac. I was just looking for Word type help.
