sending fonts to another computer

I have a font on my computer that I need to email to someone else who is
working on the same project, how do I get the font over to them?

Just attach the font as you would any other file and let the other
person install it in Control Panel-Fonts.
It may be wise to zip the file in case his email program rejects
attachments with odd extensions.

Thanks, I was thinking it would be complicated.

Well, that explains how to do it. It may not be legal for you to do so.

Sending a font is not the easiest thing to do. It may also be a violation of
copyright. It would be easier to see if the other person can download it
from the web somewhere.

If you have investigated any possible copyright infringements on
sending the font and are happy, then copy the font from the Fonts
folder to another folder before sending if you have trouble.

No idea why you should have a problem.
I just tested that an attachment of a font on C:\Windows\Fonts would
be OK using XP SP2/Outlook Express and I had no problems.
What operating system?
What email?
What is the file name of the font?
What exactly happened?
