Sending form data to an e-mail address

I'm trying to make a support webpage and I'm trying to figure out how to
make the page save the inputed data and then send it to to my e-mail address
so I can view it. Basically like what you do when you ask for tech support
from Symantec (I just grabed that from off the top of my head) and then have
it sent to my e-mail address. How do I do that?

in your form... right click
choose form properties...
in that dialog enter the email address at the top.....
click on options at the bottom....
go to email tab to make other selections... subject line... etc
