How is it possible to send a formular via a html page created via frontpage
?

I don't understand.
So I want to send a form to the site manager.

The form has not been designed correctly - some fields that the cgi script
that processes the form needs
are missing.

If the form is not on _your_ site, you should be able to contact the
webmaster by sending an email to
webmaster AT demonty.com (replace AT with @, and remove all spaces)

If the form is on your site, then check the documentation for the script and
change the form, or post the script here.
