Sending from OE

I have noticed that since installing a Microsoft
update "CXT modem software update released on September
08 2003." I am unable to send messages in outook express
but can receive fine, any help would be great.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
