You are fighting an uphill battle;
- many user email clients will block any html formatted / content emails
IMHO
Send them a text only email w/ a link to the web based newsletter
| Yes, and it's still messed up..... spacing, and also line colors and

| not. I'm sure it has something to do with the recepients' e-mail server but
